As of September 19, 1542 regional participants are registered in the system, including all elevators and grain receiving points. Of the 362 registered organizations, a total of 3,400 grain transactions have already been concluded. “The system allows you to see the grain harvest in the context of cereals, legumes and oilseeds, as well as track its quality,” says Anna Kozhevina, head of the department for the development of crop production and small farms. “When registering batches or transactions, a significant number of parameters are taken into account, such as the level of gluten, vitreousness, and others.” Thus, as of September 19, according to the FSIS "Grain", out of 1 million 722 thousand tons of grain harvested in the region, 1 million 559 thousand tons were classified as grain crops, 159 thousand tons as legumes and 3 thousand as oilseeds. . tons.
