The Chelyabinsk region is the leader in the Ural Federal District in terms of the number of organizations registered in the federal information system "Grain". To date, almost all organizations that carry out the production, storage, processing and transportation of grain in the Chelyabinsk region have entered the state register.
“The federal information system allows you to track the region’s contribution to the country’s food security, increases the level of digitalization of the grain complex, and forces you to avoid illegal transactions,” said Inna Podshivalova, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the region. According to the Center for Agroanalytics, out of 3,830 organizations of the Ural Federal District registered with the FSIS Zerno, more than 40% are representatives of the Chelyabinsk region.
As of September 19, 1542 regional participants are registered in the system, including all elevators and grain receiving points. Of the 362 registered organizations, a total of 3,400 grain transactions have already been concluded. “The system allows you to see the grain harvest in the context of cereals, legumes and oilseeds, as well as track its quality,” says Anna Kozhevina, head of the department for the development of crop production and small farms. “When registering batches or transactions, a significant number of parameters are taken into account, such as the level of gluten, vitreousness, and others.” Thus, as of September 19, according to the FSIS "Grain", out of 1 million 722 thousand tons of grain harvested in the region, 1 million 559 thousand tons were classified as grain crops, 159 thousand tons as legumes and 3 thousand as oilseeds. . tons. Monitoring by regions revealed that the market participants in the Uvelsky, Bredinsky and Uysky districts of the region most quickly enter data into the system for grain collection and transactions. In September, the import of grain into the region amounted to 6 thousand tons.
