In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated July 21, 2020 No. 204 “On the National Development Goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030”, the main directions for the development of the economy and the social sphere have been determined.
One of the key indicators characterizing the achievement of national goals is the real growth in exports of non-commodity non-energy goods by at least 70% compared to 2020.
Within the framework of this decree, the Altai Territory continues to implement the regional project "Export of Agro-Industrial Complex Products", which is an integral part of the federal project of the same name and the national project "International Cooperation and Export".
To assess the achievement of the goal set by the President of the Russian Federation, EXPORT growth indicators for the reporting periods are calculated in real terms and in comparable prices, that is, without taking into account the impact of inflation, changes in the price environment, the exchange rate of the national currency and other factors.
In accordance with the passport of the regional project in 2021, the volume of exports of agricultural products in comparable prices in 2020 should be at least 278.0 million US dollars .
According to the operational information of the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA as of December 31, 2021 (for the EAEU countries, full accounting for January-October), the achieved value is 283.9 million US dollars, which is 2.1% higher than planned. In the structure of shipments, 35.0% is accounted for by seeds of oilseeds, leguminous crops and other products of the agro-industrial complex, 28.5% - products of the food and processing industry, 21.2% - cereals, 13.2% - products of the oil and fat industry, 2.1% - products of the MEAT, dairy and fish industries.
However, the operational results are not final. By March 2022, calculations will be made on the basis of statistical data for the EAEU countries, respectively, the final values will increase significantly.
