Chairman of the Yabloko party, Nikolai Rybakov, has asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to introduce a two-week lockdown in the country. This was reported on the website of the party.

According to Rybakov, RUSSIA has taken the third place in the world in terms of daily deaths from CORONAVIRUS after India and Indonesia, and the number of deaths is growing every day.

“No partial restrictions give the same tangible and quick effect as a total lockdown,” he stressed.

However, the politician noted, the lockdown should take place under slightly different conditions than in 2020. For example, payments to employees during non-working days should be made at the expense of the state, and not at the expense of the owners of enterprises.
