Volodin threatened Zelensky with a response if something happens to Medvedchuk

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky “will have to answer” if something happens to Viktor Medvedchuk, head of the political council of the Opposition Platform – For Life party, who was detained earlier, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin wrote on Telegram.

He called Medvedchuk "number one competitor" for Zelensky.

“Zelensky is trying to present him as a traitor by handcuffing him,” Volodin said.
