Over the previous day, 32,837 cases of infection with coronavirus infection COVID-19 were detected in Russia , according to data from the federal operational headquarters. The number of detected infections for the second day in a row remains below the mark of 33 thousand per day (the day before it was 32,648) - the previous time the indicator fell below this mark on October 15 (it was 32,196).

Most infections per day were detected in Moscow (2757), St. Petersburg (2419) and the Moscow region (2008).
