The government of the Russian Federation decided to allocate 2.8 billion rubles. to the Eastern Bypass

The Government of the Russian Federation approved a proposal for an additional allocation of more than 2.8 billion rubles from the federal budget. for the construction of the Chuisky Trakt road in the Novosibirsk Region in 2022-2024. This was reported in the press service of the government of the region with reference to the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Alexander Zhukov.

The Chuisky Trakt is a road that is planned to be connected by an 80-kilometer Eastern Bypass to the Northern Bypass via the Gusinobrodskoye Highway, removing the transit flow through Novosibirsk.

In early January of this year, Rosavtodor announced plans to send 2.5 billion rubles to the Novosibirsk Region. from the federal budget for the completion of the first stage of construction of the Eastern Bypass of Novosibirsk. The work is scheduled to be completed in 2024.

The construction of the first stage of the Eastern Bypass from km 14 to 34 was resumed in May last year. Rosavtodor clarified that construction is proceeding in accordance with the calendar schedule and does not stop in winter.

In December last year, RBC Novosibirsk reported to the FKU Sibupravtodor that the current cost of building the first stage of the Eastern Bypass is 12.4 billion rubles. Earlier, the construction of the first stage of the Eastern Bypass was estimated at 10.3 billion rubles.
