“From November 15, 2021, visitors to regional leisure institutions, including nightclubs, discos, cinemas, theaters and concert organizations, traveling circuses with big tops, hotels, swimming pools, sports organizations, training bases in the “red” and “yellow” zones must provide documents on the full course of vaccination, or confirming the fact of the disease within the last 6 months, or a PCR test not older than 72 hours,” the statement said.
In addition, from November 15, heads of state, municipal and private organizations in the field of education, healthcare, social security, housing and communal services, trade and catering need to ensure that 100% of employees have documents confirming that they have completed a full course of vaccination, the fact of covid-19 disease , or a medical exemption. The same requirement applies to state and municipal employees, as well as to transport workers. Employees who have not been vaccinated and do not have a medical certificate and a certificate of COVID-19 will be required to take a CORONAVIRUS test every 72 hours.
“Mass events, including those organized by regional or municipal authorities, have been reduced in terms of the number of participants: up to 300 people can take part in the red zone, up to 500 in the yellow zone, and up to 1000 in the green zone,” specified in the message.
