
Sberbank has opened a preliminary acceptance of applications for preferential mortgages for employees of Russian it companies at a rate of 5% per annum. Nikolai Vasev, vice president of Sberbank, DIRECTOR of the Domclick division, said this at the residential real estate conference "Time of Change: State Support and New Opportunities", RBC Real Estate correspondent reports.
According to the preliminary parameters of the program, the maximum amount of a preferential mortgage loan will be 18 million rubles. for the purchase of housing in cities with a population of 1 million people and 9 million rubles. - in other localities. Employees aged 22 to 44 inclusive can take out a mortgage at a preferential rate, their employment contract must be concluded with an organization that operates in the field of information technology, is accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development (Mintsifra) and enjoys tax benefits for at least one quarter.
"Today it is important to support the population, including individual professionals, and create affordable conditions for them to purchase housing in RUSSIA. The rate under the new program is one of the lowest on the market. We hope that employees of IT companies will take the opportunity to improve their living conditions at the minimum interest rates," Nikolai Vasev said.
Preconditions for preferential mortgages for IT professionals:
