Named the city of the Moscow region with the smallest increase in housing prices

Reutov,Khimki and Krasnogorsk made the top three in terms of the minimum annual increase in the average price of a "square" housing in the primary market

In May 2022, the average price of 1 sq. m of housing in new buildings in the cities of the Moscow region amounted to 165.7 thousand rubles. This is 37% more than a year ago, according to the request of RBC-Nedvizhimost, analysts of the CIAN ad service.

The smallest annual increase in the price of a "square" of primary housing was recorded in Reutov (+4%, from 176.6 thousand to 184.4 thousand rubles). Second place with an increase in the average price of 1 square. m by 8% took Khimki (from 145.3 thousand to 156.7 thousand rubles). Third place with an annual increase in the price of 1 square. m by 10% was occupied by Krasnogorsk (from 195.3 thousand to 215 thousand rubles).

On the fourth position is Mytishchi, where over the year the average price of a "square" in new buildings increased by 15%, from 163.7 thousand to 188.3 thousand rubles. Fifth place in the ranking with an annual growth of 19% was shared by Odintsovo (from 163.9 thousand to 194.3 thousand rubles) and Balashikha (from 129.9 thousand to 154.4 thousand rubles).
