Up to ₽10 million will be allocated for the development of the project for the reconstruction of Gafuri Park in Ufa

In Ufa, an open tender has been announced for the right to develop design estimates for the reconstruction of the central park of culture and recreation named after Mazhit Gafuri and the adjacent territory. The initial maximum price of the contract is 10 million rubles.

According to the terms of the procurement, the contractor will have to develop a project and estimate for the reconstruction of public space in the Oktyabrsky district of Ufa. The park is located along Oktyabrya Avenue opposite the Ufa administration building on an area of ​​25.8 hectares. Documentation should be ready by the end of January 2023. The work will be paid from the city budget for 2023.

According to the terms of reference, the authors of the project must develop a plan for the functional zoning of the park, providing for platforms and paths, access roads, parking lots and other facilities.

“Principal design decisions should contain the necessary information on the performance of work on the preparation and vertical planning of the territory, the construction of a road and footpath network, sites for various purposes in a landscaped area, at places for planting trees and shrubs, sowing lawns, arranging flower beds, arranging small architectural forms”, — stated in the procurement documentation.

In addition, the design of small architectural forms, including trash cans, a navigation system, as well as a scheme for landscaping the territory, should be developed. All paths and paths must be provided with child-safe materials.
