Israel is disposing of 80,000 coronavirus vaccines that expire at midnight on August 1, according to the Times of Israel.

"Israel intends to dispose of 80,000 COVID-19 vaccines that expire at midnight," the statement said.

The approximate cost of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines to be disposed of is 6 million shekels ($1.8 million - ).
