The property of the Elbrusstrom company in the KBR was sold for 20 million rubles

Bidding for the sale of the property of JSC "Elbrusstrom" in Kabardino-Balkaria was recognized as valid. This is stated in the materials of the Unified Register of Information on Bankruptcy.

As RBC Kavkaz reported, land plots, a box, an administrative building, a sorting and crushing unit, and a lime production workshop were put up for auction as a single lot. The initial price of the lot was 53.8 million rubles.

The winner of the auction was Alexander Rudnev from Stavropol with an offer of 20 million rubles.

According to the Company's RBC service, OJSC Elbrusstrom was registered in Kabardino-Balkaria in 2001. The main activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. Data on owners, as well as financial results are not provided.

In addition, the Elbrusstrom company was listed as one of the co-owners of the Kabbalkgips plant.

it follows from the materials of the COURT that in June 2014 Elbrusstrom OJSC applied to the Arbitration Court of Kabardino-Balkaria with an application for declaring it bankrupt.

The basis for the application was the presence of unfulfilled accounts payable for payments to the budget in the amount of more than 3.2 million rubles; to NP "Association of Builders of the KBR" in the amount of 120 thousand rubles; to NZSM LLC (180.6 thousand rubles); to Stroy-Kom LLC (90 thousand rubles). In May 2015, the Arbitration Court of the KBR declared the company bankrupt and opened bankruptcy proceedings, which were then extended.
