The authorities of the Komi Republic are experiencing “huge problems” with the provision of oxygen to covid hospitals. This was stated by the head of the region Vladimir Uyba in a video message on Instagram.

“Today, in fact, we are already collecting a string from the world in order to provide the Ezhvin hospital with oxygen, because oxygen should arrive from Kirov only at 20:00. This is a big problem,” he said.

On October 27, the governor notified the Ministry of Industry and Trade of problems with the supply of oxygen to hospitals, and on October 29 he intends to discuss this issue with Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova. RBC sent a request to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
