
February 15, MINSK. When creating chocolate "President" they settled on a recipe containing three types of MILK. Sergey Anyukhovsky, general DIRECTOR of the Kommunarka OJSC, spoke about this on the news broadcast of the TV channel, BelTA informs.
"Chocolate" President "was developed for about two years. More than 50 samples were made. We settled on a recipe that contains three types of milk. And Belarusian milk is felt in the product itself. As our technologists say, eating a chocolate bar is equivalent to a glass of drunk milk," said Sergei Anyukhovsky.
The delicacy is based on several types of milk: whole, dry and condensed. And 15% less SUGAR. But the proportions of the ingredients are kept secret. However, the delicacy is unique not only for its taste, but also for its history of creation.
As reported, milk chocolate "President" was awarded a gold medal at the largest international exhibition "Prodexpo" in Moscow. The professional jury of the competition appreciated the products presented at the exhibition. Gold medals were awarded to "President" milk chocolate, "Belovezhskaya Pushcha" chocolate with blueberry puree and "Belgian truffle" candy gift set.
The confectionery factory produces 27 thousand tons of products per year.
