MINSK . In total, 140.7 thousand transactions worth Br3.69 billion were concluded at the exchange trades of the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange in the first quarter of 2025, which is 28.6% higher than the level of the same period in
2024 , BELTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade.
The total amount of
EXPORT exchange transactions in the first quarter of 2025 amounted to Br1.3 billion and increased by almost 1.5 times compared to the same period in 2024.
The most popular Belarusian goods abroad were sawn timber, powdered
MILK ,
MEAT , butter
and feed additives.
In the first quarter of 2025, 774 new companies (470 residents and 304 non-residents) were accredited at BUCE to participate in exchange trades. In total, as of March 31, 2025, more than 36 thousand companies have been accredited, of which more than 8 thousand are non-residents from 81 foreign countries.
