Every second dairy farm in Belarus is high-tech

July 22, MINSK . Every second dairy farm in Belarus is high-tech, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

As of June 1 of this year, 3,272 dairy farms (DMF) were operating in Belarus, 49% of them are high-tech, with milking robots or parlors. 67% of cows are kept at MTF, 73% of MILK produced on all farms of agricultural organizations is received there.

Over the past year, on average, the country received 5518 kg of milk per cow, and at modern dairy complexes - 520 kg more.

At the same time, modern farms in the Brest region are 71%, Mogilev - 66%, Grodno - 60%, Minsk - 46%, Gomel - 45%, Vitebsk - 16%.
