November 3, Orsha district. The Teplichny branch of RUE Vitebskenergo (Orekhovsk, Orsha district) has increased its production of frozen vegetables and berries by 5% over 9 months compared to the same period in 2020, Tatyana Yaskevich, deputy DIRECTOR for commercial issues of the branch, told a BelTA correspondent.

A shock freezing line with modern equipment has been operating in Teplichnoye for the third year already. The complex includes a production area, six chambers for storing products for 890 tons, utility rooms and a packaging area. Equipment productivity - from 1.5 to 1.8 tons per hour.

"The workshop works in two shifts, we mainly grow all the products in our greenhouses. Our goods are supplied to the Belarusian market and to RUSSIA. The proceeds from the sale of products from the freezing line section for 9 months amounted to Br1.74 million - an increase of 130.4% compared to 2020 In total, 1,560 tons of products were processed in January-September, an increase of 5%,” said Tatyana Yaskevich.

The assortment of manufactured products of the "Teplichny" branch includes 22 items. In addition to the usual vegetables and berries (potatoes, carrots, cabbage, raspberries, strawberries and others), broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and blackberries are also frozen here. Juices are also produced here.
