Revenue of the Yalutorovsk Meat Processing Plant almost halved

JSC "Meat Processing Plant" Yalutorovsky "" (Tyumen region) at the end of 2020 suffered losses in the amount exceeding 8 million rubles.

Judging by the financial statements published over several years, last year the losses of the MEAT processing plant were noticeably reduced. In 2018, this amount was 33.6 million rubles, and in 2019 - 64.1 million rubles.

Last year, the revenue of the Yalutorovsky Meat Processing Plant decreased by 1.8 times - to 243.2 million rubles. The value of net assets decreased by 5.9% to RUB 148.3 million.

In a difficult and crisis period, against the backdrop of a pandemic, Yalutorovsky Meat Processing Plant JSC reduced long-term liabilities by 11.3 times. At the end of 2020, the corresponding amount amounted to 373 thousand rubles. At the same time, the company's short-term liabilities doubled to 281.4 million rubles.

Compared to 2019, the average number of employees of the meat processing plant decreased by 2.2 times: from 308 to 140 people.

In January 2021, the Arbitration COURT of the Tyumen Region received a claim to declare Yalutorovsky Meat Processing Plant JSC insolvent (bankrupt) from the local trading company Siberia with a claim amount of 19 million rubles. Following her, the Omsk trading company Rezonans applied to arbitration with a claim amount of €11.2 thousand (about 1 million rubles at the moment). 

According to the Kontur.Fokus counterparty verification system, the company has received writ of execution for a total of 47.6 million rubles. The main beneficiary of Yalutorovsky Meat Processing Plant JSC is the entrepreneur Hrayr Stepanyan, who owns 88.6% of the authorized capital through DK LLC.
