This workshop has become the 23rd specialized enterprise in the Republic of Khakassia and the only mini-plant specializing in the production of halal MEAT. The owner of the enterprise, Mamlakat Akhmedov, emphasized that for more than 30 years his company has been purchasing meat in Khakassia, which indicates the high quality of local raw materials. This discovery not only boosts the region's meat industry, but also creates new jobs and stimulates local production.
In addition to the slaughterhouse, the development plans for the enterprise in Pervomaisky include the construction of a workshop for the production of semi-finished products, the launch of its own feedlot for growing cattle and a dairy department. These steps will not only strengthen Khakassia’s position in the meat products market, but also contribute to the diversification of production and the development of agriculture in the region.
