A new industrial poultry farm has been launched in the Vologda region

The first stage of the project has been completed to date: two poultry houses for laying hens and one for young animals have been put into operation. According to forecasts, by 2027, egg production will almost double — from 336 million to 664 million pieces, which will fully meet the needs of the region. In addition, the number of jobs at enterprises will increase from 350 to 430, and revenues to the regional budget will increase by 250 million rubles. The governor noted the importance of developing poultry farming to ensure food security in the region.
