Rassvet breeding plant put up for auction in the Smolensk region

On February 3, 2022, 100% of the authorized capital of Rassvet Breeding Plant JSC, established in 1961, will be put up for auction. Currently, the company's assets are in federal ownership.

The facilities of the breeding plant are located in the village of Novodugino, Smolensk region. According to the Russian Auction House, the starting price of the lot is 85.6 million rubles, the amount of the increase is 1 million rubles.

3,540,500 shares of Rassvet Breeding Plant JSC have been put up for sale. The property complex of the enterprise includes 63 land plots with a total area of ​​more than 117.5 m² (part of the land is in long-term lease) and 80 real estate objects. The breeding farm specializes in breeding cattle of the Vazuz type of the Sychev breed and the production of marketable MILK.

In the event that only one bid is received at the auction, the auction will be declared void.
