Since the beginning of the year, more than 120 violations have been identified in the Republic of Tatarstan when issuing electronic veterinary accompanying documents

One of the most common cases of non-compliance with legal requirements is the issuance of eVSD for expired products. So, on January 24, 2023, the authorized person of IP Belik Yu.S. eVSD was issued for the “DENTAL+ Preventive Treat” with an expiration date of December 5, 2022.

Also found:

 - 8 facts of product certification with advanced production dates. For example, in early January, an authorized person of JSC "ELABUZH MEAT CANNING FACTORY" extended the shelf life of products through a transaction;

- 10 facts of product traceability violations (manufacture of products without raw materials) and production of products from an illogical amount of raw materials. So, at the end of December 2022, the authorized person Golovin S.V. a transaction for “Beef and Pork Sausage” with a volume of 30 kg was registered; at the same time, the raw materials from which the product was made are not indicated, which is a violation of the requirements for traceability of the movement of controlled goods and indicates its unknown origin;

- 26 facts of violations due to the person's lack of rights to issue an eVSD (according to the order of December 18, 2015 No. 646) and indication of incorrect purposes when issuing a certificate, extending the expiration dates through the “processing / production” transaction.

The Department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Republic of Tatarstan took measures to prevent untimely extinguishing of eVSD, a warning was sent to 18 authorized persons.

In total, 114 warnings were sent to the authorized persons of economic entities by the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor on the facts of revealed violations of the registration of eVSD in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and 11 authorized persons were blocked.
