In Primorye, livestock owners were issued warnings for refusing vaccination.

According to information received from the Spasskaya Veterinary and Bacteriological Service, A.F. Lisevich refused to provide 156 head of cattle for leptospirosis vaccination in the village of Malye Klyuchi. D.V. Zaiko acted similarly, refusing to provide 18 head of cattle for foot-and-mouth disease vaccination.

According to the Law on Veterinary Medicine, animal owners are responsible for their animals' health and are obligated to carry out necessary veterinary procedures to prevent diseases. Therefore, Rosselkhoznadzor notified Lisevich and Zaiko of the unacceptable violations and requested that they carry out the planned testing and vaccination of their livestock. Since the beginning of 2025, the agency has issued 278 warnings for refusing vaccination in Primorsky Krai.
