In Dagestan, 68 certificates of conformity for dairy, meat and fish products have been suspended

The reasons for recognizing the declarations as invalid were insufficient data on the studies conducted and the absence of tests for potentially dangerous substances, such as antibiotics . As part of the laboratory tests of the North Caucasus branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "TsOK APK", violations of product quality and safety requirements were identified.

In particular, the necessary studies were not conducted for beef meatballs and cutlets produced by local entrepreneurs. Information about the suspended declarations was transferred to the Office of Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Dagestan and registered in the Unified Register of Certificates of Conformity and Declarations. The Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR also notified manufacturers and suppliers of the identified discrepancies to prevent further circulation of these products.
