Temporary restrictions on the import of pigs and pig products from some regions of RUSSIA have been introduced in Bashkiria. This was reported on August 11 by the press service of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the region.

it is reported that African swine fever was detected in Tatarstan, Vologda, Kaliningrad and Kostroma regions.

“Due to the worsening epizootic situation on the territory of the Russian Federation, temporary restrictions are being introduced on the import of pigs and pig products from the above regions into Bashkiria,” the press service reports.
