When importing into the territory of the region from Kazakhstan, officials of the department controlled 8 batches of fish and seafood (64 tons). When exporting from the territory of the region to Kazakhstan, 22 batches of fish and seafood (84 tons), 3 batches of MEAT and meat products (38 tons) and 4 batches of finished meat products (19 tons) were inspected and processed.
During transit from Azerbaijan to Kazakhstan, a cargo with live animals (slaughter horses) in the amount of 55 heads was inspected. A transit consignment with cattle skins with a total weight of 22 tons was inspected from Kazakhstan to Turkey.
As part of the implementation of veterinary control in relation to controlled cargo, no violations of the requirements of veterinary legislation have been identified.
In total, since the beginning of 2023, when importing, exporting and transiting, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration has controlled 233 consignments of goods under state veterinary supervision (2.1 thousand tons), as well as 55 live animals (slaughter horses).
