CJSC Plemzavod-Yubileiny operates in the Tyumen region with a revenue of almost 3 billion rubles. It is located in the Ishim district and is engaged in breeding pigs. The company has a lot of court cases - in some of them, the plant acts as a defendant.

"Plemzavod-Yubileiny" is under the leadership of Sergei Mamontov. The company was registered 28 years ago, and during this time it has risen to a decent level in terms of income. For example, in 2020, its revenues amounted to more than 4 billion rubles.

Such a decent joint-stock company has court cases for rather big sums. Unjust enrichment, compensation for harm, bringing to administrative responsibility in the field of entrepreneurial activity and SROs - in total, Plemzavod-Yubileiny acted as a defendant 23 times, the amount of claims almost reaches 17 million rubles.

Urallespromtorg LLC filed a lawsuit to recover unjust enrichment in the amount of more than 127 thousand rubles. The plaintiff stated that he allegedly transferred the money by mistake, but the plant claims that this was a payment for 6 heads of breeding pigs of the Duroc breed.

The defendant tried to prove what the transfer was intended for - provided copies of applications, invoices for payment, an invoice for the transfer of goods, an application for quarantine of breeding stock, as well as veterinary certificates and electronic correspondence. The trial in this case will take place only on December 21 this year.

Another case is listed in the "compensation for harm" section. It includes a traffic accident. The plaintiff CJSC "Kazanskaya Ryba" demanded compensation for material damage for car repairs, compensation for the cost of damaged fish products, as well as losses from the rental of the vehicle. The parties came to a peace agreement, and Yubileiny will pay almost 800 thousand rubles.

The company acted as a plaintiff 30 times, but managed to recover a little more than 1.5 million rubles. Also, Plemzavod-Yubileiny took part in the bankruptcy proceedings of the house-building company Soyuz-2000.
