Only three Turkish enterprises will be able to supply chicken hatching eggs to the Russian market

From January 16 to January 23, 2023, Rosselkhoznadzor specialists conducted an inspection in video format of 6 Turkish enterprises engaged in the production and supply of chicken hatching eggs to the Russian market.

Based on the results of the inspection, 3 enterprises retained the right to export to the territory of the Russian Federation.

For the rest of the enterprises, during the inspection, the concealment of reliable information about the export batches of hatching eggs in terms of production time, the age category of the bird, as well as the formation of export batches during the absence of production activity was established. In some cases, there was a discrepancy between the actual capacity of enterprises and the volume of export lots.

Taking into account the nature of the revealed violations, temporary restrictions were introduced in relation to 3 enterprises.

The results of the inspection have been duly communicated to the competent authority of the Republic of Turkey.
