In its ruling, the COURT accepted the arguments of Cherkizovo, one of Russia's largest MEAT producers, which presented evidence of its high market status, including sales data, production volumes, and advertising expenditures. As a result, Cherkizovo will be considered a well-known trademark for ham, sausages, and pork. Rospatent had previously rejected the brand due to the broad nature of its product descriptions, but the court found the plaintiff's arguments more compelling.
