Experts held a discussion on poultry farming issues

The main objective of the event is to attract participants to an active dialogue and exchange of views on the issues of processing poultry products, their competitiveness, safety and innovative development of industry enterprises. The discussion was attended by speakers from the scientific and business communities, specialists from poultry farms and holdings. The moderator of the discussion was the director of VNIIPP Vladislav Budrik.

General Director of the Russian Poultry Union Galina Bobyleva spoke about the macroeconomic indicators of the industry for nine months of this year and the expected results by the end of 2023, about providing the industry with raw materials in the context of economic sanctions. Issues of biosafety and ecology of poultry farming were also raised, without which it is impossible to ensure the efficiency of poultry farms.

The discussion participants discussed issues of industry development, considered problems of biosafety, environmental protection, digitalization, the use of ingredients and additives and other specific industry topics.
