The applicant demands compensation for losses he incurred during the liquidation of the MEAT processing enterprise in the amount of 94.8 million rubles. The defendants are former general DIRECTOR of Vepoz CJSC Sergei Tuganov, director of Vepoz – Trading House LLC Pavel Zarudniy, Vepoz Company CJSC, as well as the holding’s shareholders Irina Velichko and Artem Velichko.

In a commentary on the upcoming trial given to the Interfax South and North Caucasus agency, Viktor Polyanichko expressed the hope that the COURT would request and study documents for 2018–2023 in order to establish the exact amount of damage.

CJSC Vepoz, registered in Rostov-on-Don in 1997, was founded by Nikolai Velichko, Pyotr Polyanichko and Pavel Zarudniy. The company name is an abbreviation of three surnames. There are more than 100 types of meat products under the Vepoz trademark, but the scale of the business was approximately four times larger than sausage production. After the death of the two founders, it was managed by Nikolai Velichko’s widow Irina and Pavel Zarudniy. After the reorganization, the share of Peter Polyanichko’s heirs in the authorized capital was no longer found. According to the plaintiff, the receipt of dividends stopped in 2014.

CJSC Vepoz became the management company, and its general director Sergei Tuganov was subsequently appointed liquidator. CJSC Vepoz Company, registered in 2003, specialized in consulting. It was headed by Irina Velichko. Vepoz – Trading House LLC, which served as the main source of profit, was headed by Pavel Zarudniy. The explanation to the balance sheet and financial statements for 2020 states that Vepoz Company CJSC owns 88.6% of the management company, 12.3% belongs to Viktor Polyanichko. He considers the liquidation illegal.
