With the help of FSIS "Mercury", 309 violations were identified during the certification of livestock products in the Oryol and Kursk regions

Common types of violations were the production of products from an illogical volume of raw materials and the registration of eVSD with an indication of the advance production date of the product. Thus, on February 22, 2024 , it was established that a veterinary specialist of the State Veterinary Service created a production transaction at the SSSPoK Ferma-Group enterprise ( Kursk region ), in which the volume of products produced significantly exceeded the volume of raw materials used. In particular, 26 kg of cow's milk was used to produce 292 kg of Fermerskoe butter with a mass fraction of fat of 74%.

On March 4, a veterinary specialist of the state veterinary service at the Artemis LLC enterprise (Kursk region) issued a production eVSD for meat products “frozen half-carcass pork” in the amount of 3110 kg, indicating an advance production date of March 22, 2024.

As part of the response measures, the Department sent information letters to the Veterinary Committee of the Kursk Region. Business entities will also be warned against violating mandatory requirements.

In total, since the beginning of 2024, the Rosselkhoznadzor Office has announced more than 280 warnings about the inadmissibility of violations of the mandatory requirements of veterinary rules for organizing work on the preparation of veterinary accompanying documents, the procedure for issuing veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form. For repeated violations, 63 accounts of authorized persons were blocked.
