Leading regions in the production of pigs

In July, the largest number of pigs was registered in the Belgorod region - 4667.5 thousand heads.

The second position was taken by the Kursk region - 2207.4 thousand heads.

The top three in terms of the largest number of cows was closed by the Voronezh region - 1694.7

thousand heads.

The other seven subjects that made it into the ranking are:

Pskov region - 1617.7 thousand heads; Tambov region - 1124.6 thousand heads; Chelyabinsk region - 786.0 thousand heads; Oryol region - 756.6 thousand heads; Lipetsk region - 714.7 thousand heads; Republic of Mordovia - 667.7 thousand heads; Krasnodar Territory - 622.4 thousand heads.
