Production of veterinary vaccines in Russia has doubled in a year

This was stated by Maria Novikova, DIRECTOR of the Veterinary Department of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, at the international exhibition Agros-2025. In 2023, 19.2 billion doses were produced. In general, the Russian market for animal vaccines, including imports , demonstrated growth of 10%.

Novikova noted that the active development of livestock farming and the pet market contributes to this growth. She also mentioned two support programs for domestic manufacturers of veterinary drugs aimed at developing and modernizing production.
