PRODO Poultry Farm Sibirskaya received the FSSC 22000 certificate

Certification audit under the FSSC 22000 scheme was successfully passed by another company of the holding — PRODO Sibirskaya Poultry Farm JSC. 

The third of the PRODO poultry enterprises, which confirmed the compliance of the food safety management system with the norms and requirements of FSSC 22000, is located in the village of Rostov, Omsk Region. Now it is one of the largest suppliers of broiler MEAT products to the markets of Siberia.

PRODO Sibirskaya Poultry Farm JSC annually produces about 40 thousand tons of products under the Troekurovo, Rokoko, Yasnaya Gorka and Khalif brands. High-quality semi-finished products and products from poultry meat are deservedly in high demand on the market of the Siberian Federal District.

The FSSC 22000 certificate confirmed the commitment to development, that is, the continuous improvement of production technologies that ensure the release of safe products that meet international standards, Sergey Sakhno, DIRECTOR of PRODO Poultry Farm Sibirskaya, commented on the audit results.

The FSSC 22000 certification scheme is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and the European Accreditation Cooperation (EA) against the requirements of industry prerequisite programs (PSPs). The results of the audit testify to an effective management system, transparency of internal processes and a high degree of employee involvement in safety and risk management issues.

Previously, two companies of the holding, JSC PRODO Tyumensky Broiler and JSC PRODO Poultry Farm Permskaya, were certified under the FSSC 22000 scheme. The remaining divisions are at various stages of audit or are preparing for certification.
