The forum will be organized in four sections: "Improving the
EXPORT potential of the Belarusian dairy industry", "Technical and technological conditions for the development of new markets", "Experience in the development of new markets", "Milk quality - an important component of the export potential”.
The Forum will be attended by representatives of more than 20 Belarusian dairy producers, as well as regional associations of the
MEAT and dairy industry. Owners and top managers of companies supplying equipment, ingredients and packaging are invited to work in the event.
Foreign wholesale companies will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the gallery of new and promising developments of Belarusian manufacturers, to establish contacts with potential partners.
On the 2nd day of the forum, a visit to
MINSK Dairy Plant No. 1 is planned.

it is planned to “add” about 0.5 million tons in equivalent. Despite the fact that milk production in 2014 in the agricultural organizations of the country has already reached a record high of 6.7 million tons. In 2015, the marketability of milk for the first time amounted to 90.1%,” emphasizes Aleksey Bogdanov,

According to the International Dairy Federation, the Republic of Belarus is one of the world's top five exporters of dairy products. The share of our country in the world trade in dairy products reaches 4-5%. Together with Australia, Belarus shares the 3rd place in the list of the largest exporting countries of butter (10% of world exports). In the segment of supplies of cheese and skimmed milk powder, our country occupies the 5th position in the world (5.9 and 4.2%, respectively).
Thanks to the timely re-equipment of shops for the production of dry dairy products and the introduction of innovative technologies, Belarus took third place in the ranking of world exporters of dry whey.
According to Aleksey Bogdanov, the share of dairy products in the structure of exports of Belarusian agricultural products in value terms reaches 68.2%. The main export positions of Belarusian dairy products are: cheeses - 30%, skimmed
milk powder - 17%, butter - 16%, whole milk powder - 6%, cottage cheese - 5%. The export of cheese provides more than 20% of the proceeds from the export of dairy products from Belarus.
The main trading partner of Belarus is traditionally
RUSSIA - this market is supplied with about 93% of dairy products. Also, domestic products are supplied to Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and other CIS countries.
