The Kompur meat processing plant near Omsk has changed its owner

According to the amendments made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and constituent documents on March 14, 99% of the company’s authorized capital became the property of Ruskom-Agro LLC, which is owned by Omsk businessman Temuri Lataria, and 1% of the Compur MPZ now belongs to him as an individual.

Until now, the meat processing plant  in the village of Goryachiy Klyuch, actually located within the city limits of Omsk, belonged to an entrepreneur, former deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region and president of the regional Union of Entrepreneurs, general director of the company since 2018, Dimitry Galavanov. The composition of the leadership remains the same.

At the end of 2023, MPZ "Compur" received about 278 thousand rubles of net profit with revenue in the amount of 773 million rubles. The meat processing plant employs 138 people.
