This allows maintaining a high quality standard at all stages and controlling the cost of a burger or steak on the consumer's table.
The chain's brand chef Sergey Gridnev specially came from Moscow to MINSK to personally show what the correct technology for preparing marbled beef from Miratorg is. The first "foreign" burger restaurant was opened by a local franchisee. In total, today "Steak&Burger" includes 33 restaurants in Moscow, the Moscow region , Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaliningrad and Kursk - and now in Minsk. Steaks and burgers in the branded burger restaurants are prepared only from Miratorg's own marbled beef.
Miratorg's production is unique for both RUSSIA and Belarus, the company notes - it is the breeding of beef cattle and the production of marbled Black Angus beef on an industrial scale with full control over the entire production cycle "from field to counter".
"It was with Bryansk marbled beef that the modern Russian steak - and modern meat - consumer culture began. The signature "Steak&Burger" establishments in Russia and now in Belarus are the main outposts of this culture," the press service of Miratorg reports.
