Agricultural holding KSG Agro in March increased sales of pigs by 3% compared to February 2022, the press service of the holding reported.
Agricultural holding KSG Agro in March increased the volume of sales of pigs by 3% compared to February 2022 - from 6,080 to 6,247 heads.
The main factor that influenced the increase in sales volume month by month was the increase in the number of pigs by 500 heads. So, if in February 2022 it was 54,018 heads, then in March 2022 it was 54,534 heads.
“Despite the extremely difficult situation in the country as a result of martial law, characterized by a break in supply chains, last year we managed to increase the number of pigs and sales volume by creating a stock of compound feed and updating the number of sows,” comments Sergey Kasyanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KSG Agro agricultural holding. “We will continue to do everything possible to maintain stable work in the conditions of war and gradually increase our performance, and thereby ensure food security and help the Armed Forces of Ukraine with our products.”
