The poultry farm , located in the Sverdlovsk region, was previously managed by the holding company Ravis, known for its large agro-industrial operations. After leaving this holding company, control passed to the Ural Agro-Industrial Group (UAG), but according to the latest data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the company's shareholders have undergone significant changes.

Currently, 37.5% of the poultry farm shares have been transferred to Rashid Sardarov, who is known for his business in the oil and food industries. Sardarov also owns the Reftinskaya poultry farm, which may signal his intentions to develop his business in this direction. Vyacheslav Brozovsky, a deputy of the Sverdlovsk Legislative Assembly, became the owner of 18.75% of the shares and heads the Brozex company. Another 18.75% of the shares went to Irina Yastrebova, associated with Uralagrogroup LLC, which is part of UAG. UAG CEO Andrei Petrov retains the remaining 25% of the shares.

It should be noted that the poultry farm has faced serious problems in the past. In 2021, production was suspended due to environmental violations, which led to debt obligations of about 127 million rubles. UAG considered options for selling the asset to create an industrial park on its territory, which highlights the need to find new solutions to improve the financial situation.

The new owners have not yet outlined their plans for the future of the poultry farm. However, with their experience and assets in the agro-industrial sector, it can be assumed that they will strive to restore production and financial results, possibly including modernization of equipment and the introduction of new technologies.

At the same time, a new food production facility is planned to open in the region, which may provide an additional impetus for the development of the agro-industrial sector in the Sverdlovsk region. Thus, the Sredneuralskaya Poultry Farm is on the threshold of significant changes: new shareholders may bring fresh ideas and investments , but the enterprise still faces serious challenges that must be addressed to achieve stability and success in the future.
