Investors for the construction of a new generation livestock feed workshop are expected in Kuban

At the enterprise site it is planned to build a workshop with a technological line for the production of granules, an area for receiving and storing raw materials, and a warehouse for finished products.

The workshop will produce 36,000 tons of granulated feed, which will be sold in the Krasnodar region, as well as in the markets of other regions of the country and abroad.

The estimated construction time for the workshop is one year. To start work, direct investments in the amount of 85.8 million rubles are required.

The payback period for investments is two years and eight months.

As a result of the commissioning of the workshop, 38 new jobs will be created, and the regional budget will be replenished annually with tax payments in the amount of 16.40 million rubles.

A land plot for the construction of a production enterprise has already been formed in the village of Otrado-Kubanskoye.

Its area is 17 thousand square meters. meters The Gulkevichi-Otrado-Kubanskoye highway runs near the site, and the Rostov-Makhachkala highway is 1.5 km away. The distance from the Otrado-Kubanskaya railway station is 5 km. The facility will be located at a distance of 182 km from Krasnodar and 21 km from the city of Gulkevichi.
