Livestock exports from Russia have increased significantly

Over the past three months, Russia has significantly increased its exports of livestock and Meat products. 

The growth in shipments of live animals, lamb, goat meat and finished meat products is especially noticeable. The supply of food by-products has also increased. Export of poultry, pork and dairy products, including Milk , cream,yogurt and kefir remain consistently high.

Exports of farm animals also increased significantly - 2.2 times, and shipments of cattle increased even 6.8 times.

Georgia made a significant contribution to the increase in imports, increasing IT by 29 times, and exports to Kazakhstan increased by 17.5 times. Georgia is also one of the main importers of pigs. Over the three months of 2024 , 1.3 times more heads were sent to the country than during the same period last year. The supply of small ruminants increased by 3.4 times. Lebanon is the main importer of lamb and goat meat, while Iran is the main importer of finished meat products.

It is also worth noting the growth in exports of food by-products. Overall, food exports from Russia continue to grow, and Kazakhstan is one of the main consumers.
