AGROECO Group entered the TOP 20 ECG rating of responsible business

Four levels of business entities in the ECG rating - “Basic”, “Average”, “Advanced” and “Leader” - are determined using algorithms with the participation of experts from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Institute of Demographic Policy named after. DI. Mendeleev, the Federal Tax Service and the Accounts Chamber of Russia. The overall score depends on the quality and availability of the social package, charitable and environmental projects and non-industrial investments in the infrastructure of the regions of presence.  

At the end of 2023, the AGROECO group of companies entered the TOP-20 in the Voronezh region, which means a decent business reputation. According to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vladimir Maslov, the status in the rating confirmed the correctness of the strategy in relations with society, the state and the holding’s team of thousands. It is reflected in the corporate slogan: “Honest approach, clean products.”

AGROECO provides employees with a “white” salary above the industry average with regular indexation, bonuses for labor achievements, and a full benefits package. The holding's enterprises have created conditions for professional development and career growth with training and advanced training. A system of mentoring and adaptation of new employees, career track programs and individual development plans have been introduced. Particular attention is paid to staff motivation. A volunteer movement is developing at AGROECO. A corporate charitable foundation has been created to improve the villages where employees live and their children grow and study .
