
The Damate group of companies sums up the results of the second year of work of the new social policy. In 2020, the volume of investments in the implementation of loyalty programs for employees amounted to more than 360 million rubles. This is 40% more than a year earlier.
11 loyalty programs have been developed for Damate personnel: they operate in addition to the mandatory list of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The company launched them in 2018, which allowed it to maintain the 2020 employee turnover rate at the level of 2019, as well as attract new employees to Damat. The programs are focused on improving the social security and well-being of the company's employees, their involvement and loyalty.
The programs operate in the Penza and Tyumen regions, last year some of the programs became available to the company's employees in the Stavropol Territory and Rostov.
According to Rashid Khairov, General DIRECTOR of Damate Management Company, according to the results of surveys within the company, people appreciate the stability and care shown to them in Damate.
“No matter what obstacles arise, we always make decisions in favor of our employees. Family values, maintaining the HEALTH of our employees and improving their professionalism - these tasks have been and remain a priority for us,” he added.
The top three most demanded were: “Food subsidies program” in the canteens of manufacturing enterprises, “Material assistance”, “Preferential prices for own products”.
More than 2,300 employees regularly benefited from the canteen food subsidy program last year, which partially offsets the cost of meals. The company's expenses for these purposes exceeded 20 million rubles.
Nearly 1,100 employees benefited from the financial aid program. The main reasons for the allocation of funds under the program were: the birth of a child, an anniversary date, marriage, and other life situations.
As part of the “Preferential prices for own products” program, which gives the right to Damate employees to purchase turkey MEAT and dairy products at special prices. Last year they made almost 14 thousand purchases under this program, the turnover amounted to 283 tons.
"Damate" implements a housing program for specialists, providing, if necessary, office housing near the place of work. Currently, almost 600 employees throughout RUSSIA are its participants. It is important that members of their families live with the employees. Within the framework of the program, an opportunity was provided to live in rented service apartments, a multi-storey building or comfortable dormitories from the existing Damate own housing stock. In 2020, investments in this program amounted to 19.7 million rubles.
At the same time, the company became a co-investor in the state program "Integrated Development of Rural Territories of the Penza Region", according to which the construction of the first phase of a residential complex is being completed in the Nizhelomovskiy district, some of the apartments of which will be provided to Damate employees. In November, Damate Group announced its continued participation in the state program.
Programs for the delivery of personnel to workplaces, compensation for the cost of fuel and lubricants, mobile communications, parking spaces and others have been implemented. Also, the company has introduced programs aimed at maintaining and developing the professionalism of employees within the framework of the corporate university. Part of the planned events under the programs of corporate events, "Damate" Academy, "Healthy Lifestyle" were quickly adapted and actively developed in remote and digital formats.
All programs are implemented within the framework of the sustainable development strategy of Damate Group of Companies and contribute to the goals of the UN in achieving economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.
In 2021, Damate plans to further expand the geography of loyalty programs.
