According to the Federal State Budgetary Institution Agroexport, China has significantly increased its import of chicken feet from Russia, raising it by 40%. In the first quarter of 2025, Russia supplied about 25.2 thousand tons of frozen chicken feet worth 77.2 million US dollars . This indicates an increase in supply volumes by 40% in quantity and by 31% in monetary terms compared to the same period in 2024. Russia continues to rank third among the world's exporters of chicken feet, behind Brazil, which exported 42.8 thousand tons, and ahead of Thailand with 15.7 thousand tons.
