Brand "Vyazanka" received the status of a well-known trademark of sausages

The Vyazanka brand became the first well-known trade mark in Russia in the category of sausages.

The inclusion of the Vyazanka brand in the open register of well-known trademarks of Rospatent in the Russian Federation is a significant event in the history of the company. Today, more than 800 thousand trademarks are registered in Russia, but only 227 of them are recognized as well-known. The status of a well-known trademark provides unconditional advantages - protection extends not only to the classes for which the trademark is registered, but also to "non-homogeneous" goods. In addition, a well-known trademark is valid indefinitely.

The trademark "Vyazanka" combines loyalty to traditions and compliance with the requirements of consumers of the 21st century. Abi CEO Tatyana Trifonova recalled that the company brought this brand to the market in 2012. The authors of the concept came up with the idea to modernize the once-existing sausage in the grid. To do this, technologists and designers developed a product format that was unique at that time - compact and convenient, in tight binding, due to which the sausage acquired recognizable textured outlines.

In fact, the Vyazanka trademark team visualized his name. In the future, the key element - the rope - marked the line of brand promotion. The brand's advertising strategy is built on the connection of traditions, generations and family: "What binds us." The campaigns organized by Abi evoked a powerful response: sausages from the Vyazanka brand line have become one of the favorite products in families from different regions of Russia.

Last summer, a sociological survey by the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VTsIOM) “The level of popularity of the designation “Vyazanka””, conducted among the adult population in 15 million-plus cities, showed that the absolute majority of respondents know the brand name – 93%.

"Vyazanka" won universal recognition. Abi's trademark has been twice awarded the People's Consumer Trust Award "Brand No. 1 in Russia" and the prestigious "Product of the Year 2020" award, which honors the most popular consumer goods.

In February 2021, a study of the Internet audience was conducted by Tiburon Research, during which 58% of respondents stated that it was the Vyazanka brand that was the first to start producing boiled sausage in strapping.
