In Verkhnedvinsky district, a man killed his mother with particular cruelty, the case was sent to court

July 20, Vitebsk. The prosecutor's office of the Vitebsk region sent to COURT a criminal case on charges of a resident of the Verkhnedvinsk district in the murder of his mother, committed with particular cruelty. This was reported to BelTA in the General Prosecutor's Office of Belarus.

According to the case file, the defendant, born in 1984, lived for a long time with his mother in the Verkhnedvinsk district. The man did not work, he was picking mushrooms and berries, he was interrupted by odd jobs. He spent everything he earned on food and ALCOHOL, which he consumed with his mother. During such alcoholic gatherings, according to neighbors, quarrels often broke out in their house. The son often beat his mother, for which he was already brought to administrative responsibility.

The results of the forensic medical examination showed that the woman's death was due to traumatic shock from multiple blows to the body. During the preliminary investigation, a resident of the Verkhnedvinsk district fully admitted his guilt and confirmed his intention to intentionally take the life of a loved one.

After studying the materials of the criminal case in the regional prosecutor's office, they came to the conclusion that the charge was justified, a full and objective study of the circumstances of the crime, agreed with the qualification of the deed under clause 6, part 2, article 139 of the Criminal Code.

The criminal case was under investigation by the Vitebsk Region Department of the Investigative Committee of Belarus. The measure of restraint previously chosen for the accused - detention - the prosecutor, sending the case to court, left the same.
