The day before, on the evening of May 28, the deceased was drinking ALCOHOL at home with a 31-year-old friend. A little later, the woman's roommate, a 42-year-old local resident, joined them. Alcohol ended, and the guest began to demand money from the landlord for alcohol. When he refused to give a bank payment card, the defendant severely beat the man on the HEAD, torso, arms and legs, demanding a card. After that, he took him to the bathroom, where, holding the man's head under water from the tap, he asked for a pin code.

At the same time, the guest was looking for a card. Her roommate, not having achieved what he wanted, hit the owner of the apartment in the head. The man fell into the bath, the accused began to choke him. At this time, the woman returned and said that she had not found the card, so the roommates decided to steal things from the apartment - a pair of women's bathrobes, food for a total of Br65. Leaving, the accused turned on the faucet in the bathroom to stage the circumstances of the death of the deceased, after which the couple disappeared.

State medical forensic experts will later establish that the man died as a result of a combined injury to the head, neck, torso and limbs, accompanied by fractures of the bones of the skeleton, ruptures of internal organs.

The investigator interrogated the defendants and witnesses, carried out on-site verification of testimony, searches at the place of residence and confrontations, examined CCTV footage from the store. The conclusions of expert studies carried out by specialists of the GKSE department for the Minsk region are attached to the materials of the criminal case. According to information from the bank, the balance on the card account, the bank card for which the defendants never found, on the day the crime was committed, was only 7 kopecks.

The criminal actions of the defendants are qualified under part 3 of article 207 (robbery committed by a group of persons with infliction of grievous bodily injury) and under part 2 of article 205 (theft committed repeatedly by a group of persons with penetration into a dwelling) of the Criminal Code. The criminal actions of a man are also qualified under paragraphs. 6.12, part 2, article 139 (murder committed with special cruelty, coupled with robbery) of the Criminal Code. Both have not been prosecuted before. The woman did not work anywhere, the man was employed as a mechanic.

The criminal case has been studied by the prosecutor and submitted to the COURT for consideration.
