"Earlier, a video appeared on the Internet in which a man threw dogs on the ground and the metal entrance door of the entrance. On this fact, the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs of Mogilev initiated a check," law enforcement officers noted.

It has been established that the video shows a 34-year-old resident of the regional center. The man decided to walk his dogs without leashes, while he was intoxicated . The resident of Mogilev failed to keep track of the pets, the dogs ran away. As a punishment and for educational purposes, he decided to use force against them.
