The offender was taken to a narcological dispensary for examination, which showed 2.0 ppm of ethyl alcohol in the air he exhaled. 3 protocols were drawn up against Bykhovchanin. He faces a fine of up to Br7.84 thousand. A man will be able to take away his rights only after 5 years.
